What is ACT - Acceptance Commitment Therapy?
ACT uses mindfulness skills to develop psychological flexibility and helps to clarify and direct values-guided behaviour. ACT does not see clients as flawed or damaged and does not define unwanted experiences as symptoms or problems. Gottman method is a form of couples therapy that strives to assist couples in achieving a deeper sense of awareness, empathy and connectedness, that will lead to increased intimacy and personal growth. FST seeks to address the structure and behaviour of the broader relationship system that informs the individual character of family members, which inturn influences family functioning further. It looks at family structure, subsystems, patterns of behaviour, communication patterns of problem-solving, family dynamics and roles, and multigenerational patterns of behaviour.

SenseWell appreciates the beauty of a deep and personal inner spiritual life, and the pathways people find to spirituality are numerous, therefore our meditations are not based on faith-doctrines, they are based on natural bodily, mind and feelings processes that all human beings have the capacity within them to tap into and be present with.
