The SenseWell Series includes three modules: SenseWell, Feel Well and ThinkWell. The Modules can be taken individually or as a set of three. If you would like to do all three, we recommend that you start with SenseWell.

This Course would benefit Women or Men, however we do have a ManWell version of this course as an alternative that speaks about issues relevant to Men.
